28lb 14oz catfish caught in Wales Carp Masters competition - 4th August 2007

The final qualifier at Celtic Lakes Resort for the Wales Carp Masters final saw one of the venue's biggest catfish caught to date. This impressive fish fell to the Captive Angler team of Mark Cresswell & Simon Joyce.

This spectacular fish tipped the scales at 28lb 14oz.

This was the last Celtic Lakes qualifier for the Wales Carp Masters, the final of which will also be staged on the specimen lake at Celtic Lakes from 28th to 30th September 2007.

Don't want to lose it now !!



Safely on the bank - it was never in doubt !!
